Saturday, July 15 at the summer festival in the Urbanuspark Bovenkerk we open the first elderly hangout in the Netherlands at 15.00 and you can continue to chill and congregate and where you will not be turned away until 20.00. There will be separate signage for this. Both in the park and on the road to it to e.g. cross safely.
In the middle of the park we have set up benches and tables where you can enjoy conviviality and music. If you want or need to take a pill, feel free to ask fellow villagers for a glass of water. Admission is free.
In this place you can nip, chill, hang out, listen to music, talk to older and younger people, taste cakes and everything that comes with a hangout.
You can also walk around the many stalls if you are well on your feet. You cannot be turned away at this place because a real hangout permit has been issued for it. You might even bring your own music system.
At the Colorful Life stall, you can try your favorite pill in the specially designed cube. The holes are made so that your pill can only be put in 1 hole. Do you know which hole is the right one for your pill? The correct solution will be rewarded with a bag of pills of your choice.
We hope for many (older) visitors.
Also you can join the Bovenkerk BBQ with fresh salads, bread, satay, hamburgers, vega products and everything that belongs to a real village BBQ. The team of Samen Eten takes care of the BBQ.
The price is only € 10.00 p.p. and for children € 5.00.
