"The conversation about the future always feels too early, until it's too late...". Life doesn't stand still, and meanwhile the worry about you increases with age. And then something happens, permanently upsetting the balance. This can include the loss of the caregiver, your support and advocate. And then suddenly you find yourself in the middle of the last phase of life with all the emotions that entails!

Many decisions are then made with you, but can they still be made with you? At this symposium, we will explore the limits and choices you can manage even now during your active life. Parkinson(ism) then turns out to be a complicated disease.

Do you ever think about the future? Are you afraid of the future? Do you worry or want to orient yourself about that future? You are cordially invited to attend the symposium with your loved ones (including your children!). We expect many participants so please register early for tickets.

The symposium is a collaboration of Ziekenhuis Amstelland with Parkinson Café region Uithoorn and Amstelring.
