For those who want to learn to cope with worry and stress, there is the free training course 'Ontspanning in Zicht' in Amstelveen. The training consists of four meetings on Thursday mornings from 9:30-11:30 a.m. and starts on Sept. 19.

The training "Relaxation in Sight" is suitable for people with stress and tension symptoms and is taught by experienced professionals. The training covers four themes: Energy balance, Worrying, Social contacts and Tracking tension.

The next training starts on Thursday, September 19, and takes place on Thursdays from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the office of Participe Amstelland, Dr. Willem Dreesweg 2 in Amstelveen.
