On May 19, Mantelzorg & Meer will start a five-part course "Mastering Care" for informal caregivers, because it is important for them to stay healthy while (intensively) caring for their loved one. The following topics are covered:
- Dwell on caring
- Dealing with feelings
- Burden/carrying capacity
- Ask for help
- Learning to think differently
- Communication and assertiveness
- Loss experiences among family caregivers

Start: Monday morning May 19 and then on May 25, June 2/9/16, 10:30 am - 12:30 pm. Location is the office of Mantelzorg & Meer, Dr. Willem Dreesweg 2 in Amstelveen.
