Join Mantelzorg & Meer for the "Attention to Yourself" program, a series of meetings for family caregivers in need of relaxation and time for themselves. There are still a few spots available and participation is free!

During this program, you alternate walking with awareness and relaxation exercises, such as breathing exercises, mindfulness and gentle movement. Enjoying nature and relaxed movement helps improve self-care and well-being. Afterwards, there is an opportunity to drink coffee or tea together and exchange experiences.

The program is designed for family caregivers living in the municipalities of Aalsmeer, Amstelveen, Uithoorn and Ouderkerk aan de Amstel.

Where and when

The next walk is on Friday, May 16, 10:15 - 11:30 am. Gather at Sunday Amstelveen, Laan Nieuwer-Amstel 1B in Amstelveen.

Practical

Participants should be able to walk for about five quarters of an hour on sometimes bumpy trails. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes with a good tread. Guidance is provided by a certified living and exercise coach. Participation is free.
