Because most exercise clubs and courses stop in the summer, AmstelveenSport has 4 days a week of Move Through the Summer from July 24 to Sept. 1, 2023.
Every Monday,- Tuesday,- Thursday,- and Friday morning during summer vacation JULY 24 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 1, 2023 AmstelveenSport will highlight several new and already existing activities for people over 55:
- Monday: walking with the community sports coach from various locations, July 24 & 31 from Poel's Up behind the town hall from 10:00-11:00 | €1.50 p.p.
- Tuesday: get acquainted with Padel Vital. Did you used to play tennis or any other Racket sport? Then this is definitely something for you! From 25 July every Tuesday 12:00-13:00 | € 4,00 incl. material. The community sports coach is present for game explanation and guidance.
- Thursday: cycle under the guidance of a Doortrappen cycling coach from 09:30-11:30 a.m. A wonderful bike ride from the Noorddam Center. Participation free | 2 x coffee and apple pie € 3,50 afterwards.
- Friday: Aqua Fitness in pool de Meerkamp from 09:00-09:45, including lane swimming from 08:00-10:00 | € 5.20 entrance fee
