On Tuesday, August 18, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., there will be an open mic event called “Bovenkerk’s Got Talent” at Zonnehuis Bovenkerk . We’re still looking for local residents who’d like to take the stage. Can you sing beautifully, perform amazing magic tricks, tell jokes like a pro, play an instrument, share a great story, or showcase another talent you’d like to share? On Wednesday, August 19, 2026, there will be Speed Dates at Zonnehuis Bovenkerk from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Residents, volunteers, informal caregivers, staff, and local residents are all cordially invited to stop by for coffee and chat with one another about various topics.
