Dancing

May 26 at 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

This activity is especially for people who experience challenges in movement due to Parkinson's, MS, ADCA, CVA or rheumatoid arthritis, among others. This includes whether you can walk, stand, sometimes suffer from frostbite, or need a walker or wheelchair. If desired, you can join all exercises on a chair. We start the dance all seated anyway.

membership information Every Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., followed by coffee/tea for those who wish to stay.
Drinks must be paid for at the bar.
