Summer vacation is over, and the Paulus Choir has resumed rehearsals. The Paulus Choir in Amstelveen is an oratorio choir that welcomes everyone—from trained singers to beginners.

National Heritage Day, September 13
On Open Monument Day, Sunday, September 13, we will perform from 3:00 to 3:30 p.m. at the Amstelkerk, Kerkstraat 11, Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. Admission is free.
We will be singing modern and classical songs by Gabriel Fauré, Felix Mendelssohn, and Carl Jenkins. We’ll also offer a preview of Joseph Haydn’s *The Creation*. We will perform this piece in its entirety on Saturday, October 31, at the Urbanuskerk in Bovenkerk.
St. John Passion, starting in November 2026
Starting in November, we’ll begin rehearsals for Bach’s St. John Passion, which we’ll perform in the spring of 2027.
