Do you have a guitar or other instrument at home that has been gathering dust for far too long? Do you love music, but miss someone to play with? Then this is your chance to rekindle the musical fire!
In the Noorddamcentrum in Bovenkerk interactive music workshops for young and old will start this fall, if there is enough interest, especially for everyone who likes to make music but needs that extra push to start (again).
Under the guidance of enthusiastic and experienced guitarists you will make music together, learn from each other, and above all have fun. Whether you know some basic chords or just a few songs; you are welcome! We will pick songs together, play in different styles (such as rock, blues, country) and practice techniques such as rhythm guitar, strumming or well-known riffs.
And who knows ... maybe other musicians will slide in for a full backing band!
What do you need?
Bring your acoustic guitar or other instrument, and especially a good dose of enthusiasm.
