After the successful Lentepop earlier this year, on Saturday, October 4, it is time for another new music event in the Noorddamcentrum: Herfstpop! Poppodium Bovenkerk will transform the Noorddamcentrum into the vibrant music venue of Amstelveen and its surroundings. With two stages, six live bands and free entrance, this musical party promises to be the outing of the autumn.
A lineup that stands like a house
Autumn Pop offers a diverse program that appeals to music lovers of all ages. Six regional bands take the stage with a mix of pop, rock, blues, disco, soul and Nederpop. From young talent to experienced musicians, the performances guarantee energy, recognizable covers and musical surprises.

- Almost Famous: disco hits, rock 'n roll, ballads, soul, reggae and pop
- Black Vinyl: Energetic classic rock
- Too Simple: Ballads, rock/pop songs and great sing-alongs All in Dutch
- Chew The Rag (CTR): Alternative rock with influences including blues and pop
- Rock @ Little: Americana, blues-rock
- Samba group Bovenkerk: Swinging Brazilian music

Autumn Pop is more than a concert night. It is a meeting place where neighbors, friends, families and music lovers come together to usher in autumn. The accessible character, with free entrance, makes the event accessible to everyone, whether you come from Bovenkerk, Amstelveen or the surrounding communities.

About Poppodium Bovenkerk
Poppodium Bovenkerk grew out of the teams that organized the band nights Young Urbanus and Rock Urbanus for many years. The poppodium aims to give starting and experienced musicians the opportunity to perform at a variety of events.
The home base is the Noorddamcentrum (Noorddammerweg 1, Amstelveen). Poppodium Bovenkerk is part of residents' platform Stichting Bovenkerk and is run entirely by volunteers, including music teachers and musicians with a professional background. For its events, the pop podium collaborates with rehearsal spaces, music schools and music teachers in the Amstelveen region.
