The sports program is developed in collaboration with ParkinsonNet and Amstelveen Sport. You can register for “the challenge” or “the movement.” \n\nThe Challenge – (intensive) sports and pushing your limits with boxing clinics, Nordic walking, and Tai Chi\nThe Movement – staying active with activities: boxing, archery, curling, koersbal, balance clinics, and balloon tennis.\n\nParkinson Games 2026 is a local fitness event organized by six Parkinson Cafés in the Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Haarlem, Heemstede, Uithoorn, and Woerden regions, along with ParkinsonNet. The games are a perfect fit for preparing for The Parkinson Games—the Olympic Games for people with Parkinson’s. Participation is highly recommended by The Parkinson Games, an initiative of Parkinson2Beat.
